Professional Background
Larissa’s journey began as a managing editor and writer for a local magazine before joining Orases in 2012 as a Digital Project Manager. In this role, she led complex software development projects and cultivated positive relationships with clients. Larissa’s dedication and leadership skills propelled her to the position of Director of Client Engagement, where her primary focus is ensuring client satisfaction.
In her current role, Larissa is committed to enhancing client happiness by training, mentoring, and supporting Digital Project Managers, managing client expectations, building client relationships, and overall improving client engagement by contributing to projects and solving problems. Recognizing her outstanding contributions, Larissa became a member of the Orases Leadership Team in 2023.
Larissa is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, and holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP)® and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)®. Her diverse skill set and commitment to client success make her an invaluable member of the Orases team.
