Orases Announces Acquisition of FNP Interactive

Orases, a Frederick-based web agency specializing in interactive business and technology solutions, announced the acquisition of FNP Interactive, a local leading provider of web site marketing and hosting services.

“We like to partner with, build and grow business, and this acquisition combines FNPI’s client base with a locally award-winning firm, uniquely positioned to help develop distinct competitive advantages through the use of interactive technology“ said Nicholas Damoulakis, co-founder and President of Orases.

When one local firm acquires another and combines the best practices of the two as is envisaged for Orases and FNPI, it shows the strength of the businesses here in our own community.  With this acquisition, Orases now has the opportunity to work with and build on those relationships with FNPI local and regional clients, offering new and improved technology solutions, and catering to the specific needs of each business to enhance their business goals. 

To accomplish this endeavor, Orases will utilize the specific skill set of each member on their diverse team so that the transfer of business is smooth.  While the core of Orases is building website and e-commerce solutions, they are also able to offer additional information technology solutions such as newer and more secure email solutions, Cloud based products, and an array of hosting solutions from shared, dedicated and cloud servers the existing FNPI clients.
